Maureen Fahey-Dreher: Casting Director

In 1984, an ad for an area motor home dealership was airing on local TV. It was poorly shot, and featured a young woman whose jerky, robotic movements, high-pitched nasal voice and poor diction created a memorable spot, for all the wrong reasons.

Seeing the ad at home, Maureen felt she had only two choices: throw her glass of wine at the TV, or find a way to connect local directors with her pool of actor acquaintances.

Nearly 25 years later, Fahey-Dreher Casting has become the leading West Michigan resource for producers and directors seeking actors, narrators, voice talent, specialty performers, and more.

Jolene Frankey: Associate Casting Director

Jolene began her work in casting in New York City, working as an associate for Rosen & Wojcik Casting.  Other NYC credits include assistant directing at Gateway Playhouse, working with CRW Productions, and representing actors in theater, film, and television in the talent division at UglyNY.  Here in West Michigan, in addition to casting at Fahey Dreher, she choreographs and teaches for area schools and theaters.

As a performer, Jolene has worked with Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Cherry County Playhouse, Chicago Festival Ballet, Pittsburgh Playhouse, and Saturday Night Live (NBC).  Locally, she has appeared on stage with Civic Theatre, Circle Theatre, and Creative Edge Productions.
